NEW FEATURES     Enhanced Search The new and improved advance search on iQ Web is more mobile friendly than ever. We have added animations, an easier to read layout and auto updating search result numbers to our advanced search filter screen. We have also changed the search bar to stay at the top of the window so you can change your search criteria no matter where you are on the page. Zillow Reviews We have now extended our testimonials section of agent profiles. An agent can go into their iQ Office preferences and set a yes/no drop down and their email address used on Zillow to pull in Zillow reviews to show on their profiles. This is limited to the top 50 reviews left by consumers on Zillow about the agent. NEW FEATURES     Revamped Reports Lead, Listing and Agent reports have been completely revamped. You can now easily set your filters, view and save reports to be ran at a later date. We have also updated the graphs to be more modern and look better with the data they show.   Listing and Competition Reports We’ve added even more flexibility to our listing and competition reports. You can now go in and select what you want to and don’t want to see in the reports. (see side image) You also have the ability to edit the content of the report before you send it out.   Agents Acting as Agents Agents now have the ability to act as other agents and complete tasks in iQ Office as those agents. NEW FEATURES   Login With Facebook Now consumers have the ability to use their Facebook login to sign up and sign into their portal on the website. No more having to remember 100 different passwords! *This feature is only available on broker sites. Office Listings Next to the realtors tab on the offices page is the active listings tab. This showcases the active listings for that office. This will make it easier for consumers to find listings that are associated to their office and also help with the listings exposure now that it is in another location on the site. ADVANCED SEARCH   Advanced Search We have moved the sub type selection for the advanced search to the type drop down instead of the more drop down.   COMPETITION / SELLER REPORTS       Competition and Seller Report We have added Beds, Baths, Community Name and Zip Code to the competition report to give your sellers more information about the competition in their selling area. We have also added the ability to carbon copy someone on the seller reports. This will allow you to send the seller reports to spouses, partners or other parties involved in a sale.   TRANSACTION REPORTS       Transaction Reports In iQ Office 5.0.10 you can now save and schedule transaction reports to be run at intervals that are convenient to you. When you enter criteria that narrows down the information in a report you have the ability to save the report to the sidebar of the report window. From there, you can run, edit, schedule or delete the saved report. When you chose to schedule a report, it’s as simple as setting the interval, selecting the recipients and entering a message.     SHOWINGS       Showing System In this release we have added several enhancements to the showing system to make it more intuitive and efficient for the end user and agents receiving notifications. We have also revamped the emails to be more informative and mobile friendly. Coldwell Banker Elite recently launched realistiQ’s integrated iQ Web and iQ Office platform, providing management and agents the ability to follow a listing from contract to closing. Elite’s new company website leverages realistiQ’s new community page template for a “Spotlight on Oconomowoc” with an embedded community video, plus information about the area lifestyle, schools and a community events schedule. The page features listings available in Oconomowoc, as well as dynamically generated data statistics, like number of listings available, median price per square foot, median list price and number of listing available in each price range/percent of homes listed in that price range. New additions to the consumer experience are an integrated blog, plus realistiQ’s lead generation tools, including What’s My Home Worth, Property Portal and community specific listing search. With two offices and more than 80 Sales Associates, Gainesville-based Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish Realtors recently made the switch to realistiQ. The new consumer-facing website, mmparrish.com, features banners ads for services or partners, as well as custom content pages like customer reviews, relocation, commercial real estate agents, local market trends and statistics, as well as embedded listing videos and integrated blogging, all designed to support search engine optimization. Additionally, the new site provides dynamic community pages outlining livability and convenience of each area, as well as photographs, automatically populated listing statistics and up-to-date properties for sale in the immediate area.
