Coldwell Banker Elite recently launched realistiQ’s integrated iQ Web and iQ Office platform, providing management and agents the ability to follow a listing from contract to closing. Elite’s new company website leverages realistiQ’s new community page template for a “Spotlight on Oconomowoc” with an embedded community video, plus information about the area lifestyle, schools and a community events schedule. The page features listings available in Oconomowoc, as well as dynamically generated data statistics, like number of listings available, median price per square foot, median list price and number of listing available in each price range/percent of homes listed in that price range. New additions to the consumer experience are an integrated blog, plus realistiQ’s lead generation tools, including What’s My Home Worth, Property Portal and community specific listing search. Listing detail pages and single property page websites feature embedded Matterport 3D walkthrough, listing videos, form to schedule a showing, area map with amenities surrounding the listing, as well as school information. All online activities by consumers or agents’ SOI, flow through to the back office suite which provides single platform ease to manage the lead to close and transaction reporting to Realogy. Additionally, the new site provides dynamic community pages outlining livability and convenience of each area, as well as photographs, automatically populated listing statistics and up-to-date properties for sale in the immediate area.
