D.C. Area RE/MAX Chose realistiQ as Tech Partner

After researching myriad real estate technology providers, RE/MAX Distinctive Real Estate selected realistiQ in the first quarter of 2018.  “In the recent years, advances in technology have not only made it easier to find options for website, transaction management, CRM, and other options to help our business grow — but also more difficult to select the correct one for our business partner – and that is truly what realistiQ is – a Partner,” remarked Principal Broker and Owner Andrew Reamer. “We vetted many service providers and took our time until finally going with realistiQ and we could not be more pleased. They are truly a one-stop shop for a website and company Intranet not to mention agents’ personal websites, transaction management, CRM, marketing, lead management and company recruitment.” The new responsive, consumer-facing website features full IDX, nearly 90 agent profile pages, 12 one-click property searches, listing videos, promotion of their charity involvement with Children’s Miracle Network, educational information about HUD homes, relocating, buying/selling, as well as tools to support lead generation like Property Watch and What’s My Home Worth. The project lead for RE/MAX Distinctive’s migration to realistiQ, Senior Office Manager Grannies Badu shared, “It is sometimes difficult to impress our Realtors with their high expectations and marketing backgrounds, but we are proud to say they are all more than pleased with their new IDX website and how professional and easy it is to make changes with the iQ Web Editor.” To manage the transition, realistiQ held department training on specific features, Introduction to iQ training for managers focusing on modules they would use daily in the management of the brokerage and myriad...

NEW FEATURES   Login With Facebook Now consumers have the ability to use their Facebook login to sign up and sign into their portal on the website. No more having to remember 100 different passwords! *This feature is only available on broker sites. Office Listings Next to the realtors tab on the offices page is the active listings tab. This showcases the active listings for that office. This will make it easier for consumers to find listings that are associated to their office and also help with the listings exposure now that it is in another location on the site. ADVANCED SEARCH   Advanced Search We have moved the sub type selection for the advanced search to the type drop down instead of the more drop down. We found that when people are searching for a property type, they also look to search for a specific sub type. This makes it easier to do all your searching in one place. LISTING DETAILS PAGE   Map, Images and VT Links For the ease of switching between virtual tours, video tours, images and the map, we have added overlay icons and text that take the place of the space wasting buttons on the listing details page. This allows consumers to quickly switch between the resources they want to use when viewing a property. MISC   House Value / Home Report We have completely modernized the House Value/Home Report. The minimalist look and the google powered address lookup makes this page a great tool for your consumers and even works as a stand-alone page. Since different real estate commissions allow and don’t...

New Feature   Testimonials At long last, testimonials are here! Agents and companies may now enter client testimonials in iQ Office to be displayed on the agents’ profile pages. Once approved for display, these sought after star ratings and client comments will be visible on both the company website and agents’ personal websites. The system will automatically compile survey testimonial responses in iQ Office, but none will be visible until the agent sets the “Display on Website” to “Yes” to prevent negative comments and false testimonials from displaying.   PAPERLESS     Messaging Templates Now you can create pre-built templates to be used when communicating with agents and others associated with a transaction. Each template may contain merge fields, allowing customized communications with those individuals involved in the transaction. Checklist Managers By Office Companies can now specify the manager of each transaction checklist template by the office the agent is associated with. This allows more control over which staff member is responsible for checklist management and compliance. Import Documents From Home Folder Now agents can easily add documents to a transaction by importing them from their home folder.   LEAD MANAGEMENT     Referral Management Companies may now enter leads and specify the referral information for individual leads. Once the lead is added to a transaction, the referral will automatically be created with the details from the referral on the lead.   LEAD ROUTING     Keep Lead In Office A new lead routing rule is available for companies to choose on all lead sources for keeping a lead within the office it originated.
