With two offices and more than 80 Sales Associates, Gainesville-based Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish Realtors recently made the switch to realistiQ.

The new consumer-facing website, mmparrish.com, features banners ads for services or partners, as well as custom content pages like customer reviews, relocation, commercial real estate agents, local market trends and statistics, as well as embedded listing videos and integrated blogging, all designed to support search engine optimization. Additionally, the new site provides dynamic community pages outlining livability and convenience of each area, as well as photographs, automatically populated listing statistics and up-to-date properties for sale in the immediate area.

The move to realistiQ means an integrated system that provides each agent and team a personal, customizable website along with the company consumer-facing site – where all online activities flow into the back office suite of tools for management from lead generation to transaction closing and reporting to franchisor.

Assisting with the company launch, realistiQ provided on site instruction in Gainesville to help agents customize their personal, full IDX websites and personal profile pages. In the weeks that followed, company-exclusive training was hosted via live instructor webinars on various features of iQ Office to acclimate agents to the new single platform and suite of tools. Members of the management team attended separate department-focused sessions, such as to establishing lead routing business rules, customizing the company dashboard gauges and preparation for utilization of the transaction management and compliance module.
