To manage the transition, realistiQ held department training on specific features, Introduction to iQ training for managers focusing on modules they would use daily in the management of the brokerage and myriad agent feature-focused webinars to build a knowledge base and drive adoption. Regarding the switch and onboarding to realistiQ, Grannies said, “The whole system is very user friendly. The team at realistiQ is always happy and willing to work with us and our other vendors to accommodate our needs which is critical to maintaining ongoing operation.”

More than the features and new business tools, Andrew says realistQ customer service has been superb adding, “There has not been one occasion where we had to wait for even 24 hours to get a response to an obstacle we have encountered.”
