The seller portal allows sellers to log in and view the detailed activity about their property, such as online views, showings and open houses. The seller may also view nearby properties considered competition. The listing agent may set the appropriate listed competition within iQ Office to help fine tune the results the seller will see.
The showcase listing page features a modern, full page design that sellers and consumers will love. This design highlights the description, video tour, image gallery and area information. Showcase listings share the design with the Single Listing Websites, while allowing for a direct link to any listing for use in sharing on social media without the requirement of a Single Listing Website URL. A perfect tool for buyers agents!
Now agents can easily add testimonials to their profile page and agent websites. By either entering the testimonials they have received manually into iQ Office, or capturing client comments digitally by sending a testimonial request using the iQ Office Survey System.
SINGLE LISTING WEBSITES

LISTING DETAILS PAGE
Competition Summary Report
The listing details page will now show the consumers how the listing compares to the listings around it. As the listing agent you may specify the competition or allow the system to choose the competition. By default, the site will try to find nearby listings within a percentage of the listing price and square feet. The criteria used as the competition and nearby will be displayed with the details.
Full-screen Image Gallery
Now the consumer can click a button that will expand the image gallery to view them in full screen mode.
Full Screen Video Tour
If the listing has a video tour from YouTube and the consumer clicks the full screen image gallery viewer, the first image in the gallery is the listing video tour allowing for full screen viewing.
Now the listing details will show the consumers the nearby listings. As the listing agent you may specify the competition or allow the system to choose the competition. By default the site will try to find nearby listings within a percentage of the listing price and square feet. The criteria used as the competition and nearby will be displayed with the details.
Hide Individual Sections
You asked, we listened. Agents and companies may now remove sections of the website templates simply by clicking the “Hide” button in the right corner of the section while in edit mode. Each section can easily be added back again once hidden.
Company Global Pages
Companies may now create content pages and make them available to all other agent and company websites. Once a global page is edited on an agent website, the page is duplicated on that agents website to prevent the company from overwriting agent customization of that page.
The autocomplete boxes within the website now support the use of the enter key. If the user hits the enter key, the site will assume the user was choosing the top suggestion in the box. The autocomplete suggestions are now better formatted for the consumer to make it easier to distinguish the suggestions. If the user is on the listings page, the auto complete now performs a search versus taking the user to the details page if the suggestion was a listing.
If the consumer or a search engine finds a listing that has been removed, the site will now show a list of the 25 closest listings to that listing that are currently on the market. The site will also present buttons for suggested searches to allow the consumer to complete a search for listings in the area.
