To manage a migration of this magnitude, realistiQ held feature-specific training with individual department heads, webinars on features managers would likely use daily in the management of their offices and multiple agent feature-focused webinars to build a knowledge base and drive adoption. Additionally, realistiQ attended the company launch and held training sessions at four locations.
